Welcome to Decision Journal ("the App"), operated by Martin Condet, registered as auto-entrepreneur in France.

By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The App

Decision Journal is a decision-making app. You create decisions, weigh pros and cons with importance scores, compare options side by side, and get a clear verdict. The App is available for iOS.

2. Free & Premium Content

The App includes core decision-making features for free, limited to 3 saved decisions. Premium features (unlimited decisions, option comparison, PDF export, custom tags, themes) are available via a one-time purchase of $3.99.

3. Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. The premium upgrade is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

4. User Content

You create decisions, pros, cons, and comparison data. You are responsible for the content you create. You retain ownership of all content you add to the App.

5. Data Storage & Sync

All data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. iCloud sync is available through CloudKit. You can delete all data at any time from within the App.

6. Intellectual Property

Decision Journal, including its name, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Martin Condet. All rights reserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Martin Condet disclaims all express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. The App is a decision-support tool and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important life decisions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
