Welcome to 1% Better ("the App"), operated by Martin Condet, registered as auto-entrepreneur in France.

By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The App

The App is a gamified habit tracker. You create daily habits, complete them to earn XP, and track progress across life categories. It runs entirely on your device with no internet connection required.

2. Free & Premium Content

The App includes a free tier with core habit tracking features. Additional features are available via a one-time in-app purchase ($4.99). There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no free trials that auto-convert to paid.

3. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not handle billing or payment information.

4. Data Ownership

All habit data, completion records, and statistics belong to you and are stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to your data. Deleting the App permanently removes all data.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Martin Condet. All rights reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Martin Condet disclaims all express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. The App is a productivity tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional health or medical advice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
