TestoCheck ("the App") is operated by Martin Condet, registered as auto-entrepreneur in France. By downloading or using TestoCheck, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Description of the App

TestoCheck is a science-based testosterone tracker that helps users estimate their testosterone level through a baseline assessment and optimize it through 22 daily actions backed by peer-reviewed research. The app tracks daily habit completion and shows the compound effect on the user's estimated baseline over time.

Key features include:

  • Compound baseline tracking with exponential smoothing

3. Purchases & Pricing

  • A one-time premium purchase ($4.99 USD or equivalent) unlocks T Killers, Myth Busters, trend charts, heatmaps, and weekly analytics
  • No subscriptions. No auto-renewing charges. No free trials that convert to paid
  • All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly

4. Scientific Citations

TestoCheck references peer-reviewed studies for every action, T Killer, and Myth Buster. These citations are provided for transparency and educational purposes. We make a good-faith effort to accurately represent study findings, but we do not guarantee the completeness or continued validity of any referenced research.

5. Data & Privacy

All user data (assessment results, daily logs, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in TestoCheck — including the app name, design, code, action descriptions, science summaries, scoring algorithms, and illustrations — is the intellectual property of Martin Condet. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Redistribute or resell the app or its content
  • Misrepresent the app's estimates as medical diagnoses

8. Limitation of Liability

TestoCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the app's content
  • We are not liable for the accuracy of estimated T scores or boost percentages
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
