Welcome to Know Me ("the App"), operated by Martin Condet, registered as auto-entrepreneur in France.

By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The App

Know Me is a relationship quiz game. Two players test how well they know each other by answering questions and guessing each other's responses. The App calculates a compatibility score and awards grades.

2. Game Modes

The App supports two play modes:

  • Local Play: Both players share a single device, passing it back and forth.
  • Remote Play: Players connect via room code and play on separate devices using a WebSocket relay.

3. Free & Premium Content

The App includes 200+ free questions. Additional question packs (Couples Pack, Family Pack) and the full Premium unlock are available via one-time in-app purchases. There are no subscriptions.

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not handle billing or payment information.

5. Question Content

Questions cover a range of topics from lighthearted to intimate, depending on the selected depth level and relationship type. Some questions at the "Deep" level may contain mature themes. By selecting deeper levels, you confirm you are comfortable with more personal questions.

6. Remote Play

Remote play requires an internet connection. Game sessions are temporary and data is not stored after disconnection. We do not guarantee server uptime or availability for remote play.

7. Intellectual Property

Know Me, including its name, design, question content, and code, is the intellectual property of Martin Condet. All rights reserved. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell the question content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Martin Condet disclaims all express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. The App is a game for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as relationship advice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
