Privacy Policy — FocusCheck

Last updated: April 10, 2026

FocusCheck ("the App") is operated by Martin Condet, registered as auto-entrepreneur in France.

We believe your health data is nobody's business but yours. FocusCheck is designed to work entirely on your device — no accounts, no cloud, no tracking.

1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

We collect nothing.

All data generated by FocusCheck stays on your device. We have no servers, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no advertising SDKs.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is created and stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework:

  • Baseline assessment results — your answers to the 14-question questionnaire, Focus Score (0–100), and age bracket
  • Daily logs — dates, completed action IDs, and daily boost percentages
  • Compound baseline data — your historical baseline progression over time
  • Preferences — notification settings, reminder times
  • In-app purchase receipts — processed and stored by Apple, not by us

This data never leaves your device. We cannot access, read, or recover it.

4. Widget Data

The FocusCheck widget shares data (current Focus Score, action completion count) between the app and widget via a local App Group container. This data is not transmitted over any network.

5. In-App Purchases

FocusCheck offers a one-time premium purchase ($4.99) processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments, store credit card information, or have access to your Apple ID.

6. Analytics & Tracking

  • No analytics frameworks (no Firebase, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude)
  • No crash reporting tools
  • No advertising identifiers
  • No tracking pixels
  • No cookies
  • Zero network requests — the app works 100% offline

7. Third-Party Services

None. FocusCheck does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs beyond Apple's native StoreKit for in-app purchases.

8. Health & Medical Disclaimer

FocusCheck provides estimates based on published scientific studies. The baseline assessment, Focus Scores, and boost percentages are educational tools — they are not medical diagnoses. The app is not a clinical ADHD test and does not replace professional evaluation or medical advice.

9. Children's Privacy

FocusCheck is not directed at children under 17. The app's content (focus, attention, cognitive health) is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age.

10. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

  • Delete the app to permanently remove all FocusCheck data
  • Settings > Reset within the app clears all assessment and tracking data
  • We have no data to delete on our end — there is nothing stored remotely

11. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Since we do not collect, process, or store any personal data on any server, the typical data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are satisfied by default — your data is already entirely under your control on your device.

If you have any questions, contact us at support@uncondetional.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
