Privacy Policy — Never Have I Ever — Party Game

Never Have I Ever — Party Game ("the App") is operated by Martin Condet, registered as auto-entrepreneur in France.

The short version

We collect nothing. The App runs entirely on your device. No accounts, no servers, no tracking.

1. Data We Collect

None. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

Specifically:

  • No account required. There is no sign-up, login, or authentication of any kind.
  • No analytics or tracking. We do not use any analytics SDK, crash reporting, or usage tracking.
  • No advertising. There are no ads and no ad-related data collection.
  • No network requests. The App works 100% offline. It does not connect to the internet.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

  • Player names you enter for score tracking (optional)
  • Game history and statistics
  • Custom card decks you create
  • Your preferences (spice level, selected categories, etc.)
  • In-app purchase receipts (managed by Apple, not by us)

This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server we operate. If you delete the App, this data is permanently erased.

3. Custom Deck Sharing

When you share a custom deck via link, the deck content is encoded directly in the link itself. No data is uploaded to any server. The recipient imports the deck locally on their own device.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information (no credit card numbers, no billing addresses). Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

5. Children's Privacy

The App contains content categories rated for ages 17+ (Spicy, Unhinged). These categories are hidden by default in Family Mode. We do not knowingly collect any data from children — or from anyone — as the App collects no data at all.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Since we do not collect or process any personal data, there is nothing to access, rectify, or delete on our end. All data is on your device and under your control.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever add features that involve data collection (e.g., cloud sync, online features), we will update this policy before those features ship and notify users in the App.
