Welcome to Never Have I Ever — Party Game ("the App"), operated by Martin Condet, registered as auto-entrepreneur in France.

By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The App

The App is a party card game. You swipe through "Never Have I Ever" statement cards with friends. It runs entirely on your device with no internet connection required.

2. Free & Premium Content

The App includes 260 free cards across multiple categories. Additional content (260 premium cards, extra categories, unlimited custom decks) is available via one-time in-app purchases. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no free trials that auto-convert to paid.

3. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not handle billing or payment information.

4. User-Created Content

You can create custom card decks. You are responsible for the content you create. Do not create content that is illegal, threatens harm, or targets specific individuals. We reserve the right to restrict deck-sharing features if misused.

5. Age-Restricted Content

Certain categories (Spicy, Unhinged) contain adult themes and are rated 17+. Family Mode hides all adult content. By disabling Family Mode, you confirm you are at least 17 years old.

The App is provided "as is". Martin Condet disclaims all express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. The App is a game for entertainment purposes only.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
